Hi, I purchased the Luxsin two days ago. I updated the firmware. The XLR headphone output isn't working. The VU meters show signal activity. The 6.35mm port does work. EddNog was having issues with the sound. The solution was to connect the cables. On my unit, everything seems connected. What could be the problem? Thank you.
In the "audio setting", there is a "XLR port polarity", please try to adjust the setting to reverse and try again. also, do you have another XLR4 cable to try on?
I don't have another XLR4 cable. I took the amp back to the store. We tried other headphones. The XLR4 output doesn't work. Sorry, but I returned the amp.

To be clear, I had a problem with getting output from the rear stereo 3-pin XLR outputs. The front 4-pin XLR headphone port was working fine for me. -Ed
