X9 Ceased Outputting Sound

    The subwoofer connector is mounted on the motherboard, no any cable connection like headphone jet. Please make sure you enable the subwoofer function (on the X9 or through control APP), also increase the volume of music source to high level, and try again.

    As for instruction on how to open the top cover, there are 4 screws on the top of the rear panel, remove the two screws in the middle, and then you can lift up the top cover.

    My unit stopped working. No life on the VU meter either

    Would you please provide more detail information of your unit and send an email to support@luxsinaudio.com?

    We would like to know
    - What country you are located
    -The unit works before, and suddenly stopped working?
    - what input/output you used?
    - what firmware version you were used?
    - Is the touchscreen working properly?
    - have you tried restart/reset the unit?

    It power cycled like 6 times on its own and it works now. ‍♂️
