It always worked, now, now all I get is a pop-up box asking what action I want to happen (shutdown/standby/ask). Shutdown is checked, but when I press the button again, all that happens is the pop-up disappears and I'm, back to where I started. It's a endless loop. The only way I can power down is using the 'Power' function on the screen in the tool bar at the bottom. No idea what's going on. I have a Macro program into my URC remote control (as I do for all my other equipment) to do a power off via a one button push for the devices that are on (TV, Amp and specific video device). I can't use that now. I had a similar situation with a Z10 Pro, but the Power shortcut on the home page would shut down, but it would boot back up, a endless 'loop'. The ONLY way to stop that is to use the power switch on the back of the unit.
