V1.4.01 firmware update package

Where can I find the patch notes? There were a bunch on my screen when I noticed the update, but I would like to see the full list.

@ Tone Deaf: I think the rollout has been stopped, due to issues and company close until 5th of February (Chinese New Year). My A6 is still on 1.3.80 as yours, and this is shown as the actual firmware when checking. I will wait until an official version will be offered online

 

I hate one thing they changed. If I navigate to Tidal from the main home page and then scroll down to “radio stations for you”, I select one and it goes to that page but seeing the track list decide I don’t want that selection I use to hit the back button. It use to just go back to the Tidal page at exactly the spot where the “radio stations for you” are.
But now the back button is gone, replaced with a Home button. This of course brings me right back to the main Eversolo main page forcing me to select, select, and select again to get back to the screen I want.
How do I get rid of this update and roll back to the good one?

 

I was starting to think the same thing, but I got the update today and installed it. So far no issues.

 

Well that is version 1.4.06 which has not appeared as an update yet, OTA or online?

Apart from the new VU meters I hope they have sorted some of the anomalies!

 

Is 1.4.06 a beta version?

pixels indicate a burnt screen, not a software error

 

Funny it ONLY happens with the app connected in cast mode when connected to the DMP-A6 - maybe an intelligent burnt screen phenomena?

 

Or maybe install the new Eversolo Control app?.

Hi, I upgraded to 1.4.01 and the M2 drive I have installed is not recognized and needs to be formatted but I don’t want to loose all the ripped music in it. Does anyone have a solution for not loosing the files?

 

Mmmm, that's not good!

Are you able to connect the M2 to a PC and maybe run a check disk on it? Maybe if a PC (or other) can read it you could take a backup?

If I can propose new functions: sort albums randomly, sort albums by number of songs played

 

Not that anyone replied but I found that the home button is right on top of the back button. And that home button can be moved to uncover the back button.
So, solved on my own.
