Hello all. I have a weird issue. Starting last night, TMDB stopped returning results while importing/scraping. I rebooted the current firmware Z10 Pro, modem and router. Same. Went to the tmdb website and the titles were there. I then checked my second Z10 Pro, also current firmware, and the same thing is happening: zero results returned. I even typed in titles like Jaws and Star Wars, nothing. TV episodes are scraping fine. Any ideas? Thanks, RT

Same here. The TMDB problem started on last tuesday in the afternoon (MET time). TVDB and TVMaze still working.
Hi all, Kind of glad I’m not the only one experiencing this issue Today, I noticed that my Zidoo Z9X stopped mapping movies—it scans the HDD but doesn’t recognize newly added movies. When I try to map them manually and search in TMDB, I get the message: “No related Movies or TV shows were found, please search for other keywords.” This happens with any TMDB search. Meanwhile, TVDB and TVMaze searches are working fine. Has anyone found a solution yet? Thanks in advance!
Hi All, I also have the same issue. I've tested in both Zidoo's I own and I see the same behavior as reported. Any ETA when this will be solved? Will we require a new firmware to fix it? Thanks!
Same boat... glad I came here to find out that I'm not the only after spending only a small amount of time and effort (renaming, rebooting) trying to rectify.. but would love to see this rectified....

So it is still down but I did find a 80% work a round: get Tiny Media Manager | Once it's set up use it to scrape all the data for the movies/TV you need to add | Now go to poster wall | Then to sources | Start an update but make sure to set NFO PARSE DEFAULT OPTION to PRIORITY This did allow me to add the two movies I needed to add. Once they fix the issue | Delete all the data in the movie's folder (but not the movie) then just set the NFO option back to the top option and rescan the drive and it should pull the TMDB data back down and work as intended. It's not a perfect solution but it did work pretty well. *** I would back up your poster wall first and save a copy else where - once you add the movies/TV shows and if all is looking good you can update the back up *** I also have my poster wall set up to use local art first as well so this might have helped
Same here with Z10pro, Today I resetted the library and tried to rescan all movies from a NAS folder and I get nothing from TMDB not 1 image. The Tv series the results was as expected. Is there any fix or will be available a new firmware to solve the problem? I have tried the solution with tinyMedia and worked very well.
