Tidal Playlists not found on server

    Hi,

    Since today (at least I realized it today) my Tidal Playlists cannot be found on the server when using the Eversolo app. In the Tidal app everything works.

    Is that a known issue?

    Same here. Fine on Tidal but "Not Found" using Eversolo DMPA6 app. Trying to figure it out. Will post if I do.

    Realized I can't save a favorite or create an entirely new playlist either.

    Emailed Tidal too

    Received this from Eversolo:
    We are currently in communication with TIDAL and have noticed a certain issue with API individually.
    This problem should be resolved shortly, we appreciate your patience while we work on the fix.

    I guess Eversolo fixed because al my playlists are back to normal!

    Hi,

    same here…..

    I generated a ticket at TIDAL and wrote an email to ES.

    Hi,

    Same here....

    Personal playlists cannot be found on server. But Tidal created playlists are OK. All playlists play correctly in Tidal app on phone
    This has appeared since last update to 1.4.32

    Same issue for A8. Have tried logout / login for Tidal. Reboot on A8. Remove A8 from app and reinstall.

    Does not affect Albums but all playlists are not available from Eversolo app. Playlist work fine from Tidal app directly on phone and iPad.

    Same here started yesterday 4.25.25.

    I've spent lots of time building playlists and now they are gone. Wishing I bought the HI Rose instead. I cannot use my M.E. EVERSOLO like this at all.

    If you do not fix it when can I ship it back for a full refund?

    The music within playlists isn‘t gone….

    Within the TIDAL App they are …. But not usable with the Eversolo App - so i think Eversolo will find i Solution on short notice … hoped

    Problem solved.

    reason was a api problem at Eversolo/Tidal

    Hi, what do you mean by that? The problem with tidal is not solved. Maybe you didn't notice it but it is. Tidal APK functionality on Eversolo was close to APK on smartphone. Now it is dramatically weak. Piotr

    The problem is not only in the playlists. I have the impression that I am talking to people who do not know what I am talking about. So once again. Open the Tidal apk on your smartphone and watch the home page. Then turn it off and go to Eversolo DMP. Open the Tidal apk there and watch the first, so-called home page where you will see only 3 topics. Compare this with the apk on your smartphone. Then come back and we will talk. best regards Piotr

    Below is the answer from Zidoo support regarding the functionality of the Tidal application on Eversolo.
    A10 built-in TIDAL app based on TIDAL's official API, the interface is currently no more artists, suggestions, user messages, personalization and other features.
    There is currently no support for doing these interfaces.
