Streaming services won't start

Hi,

Today all streaming services embedded by eversolo app and on device itself won't start. This for Tidal, Qbuz, Deezer, etc.
Internet radio and tidal connect works fine
I did a reboot. No result.

 

I'm getting the same with tidal. Just a spinning circle. Then bad gateway.

 

Starting today Amazon Music in Germany doesn’t work

 

After the new firmware update Tidal Music does not work in Spain

 

I too see an error with Tidal but Qobuz, Internet Radio, Radio Paradise, Calm Radio work just fine.

Qobuz released a new app that forces you to login again. Maybe try doing that on another device first then come back to the Eversolo.

 

Same issue with Tidal today. i got the error message "The servers of TIDAL returned an unecpected error". is it possible to downgrade ?

 

Something has changed the last 15 minutes. All streaming services show their login screen. Except tidal which gives a server error now.
Looks like they are working on the problem.

 

Tidal did work on the latest firmware so I don't that the issue is firmware related

 

Amazon Music is working again

 

It appears that Tidal is working again now on the eversolo app.

 

Tidal is now ok

 

Wouldn't it be great if the next time someone experiences some Qobuz, or Tidal malfunctioning, doesn't post here?!? We all know that after a couple of hours at most the things get back to normal.
Seriously, today about 20 / 30 messages for this futile, repetitive thing.

This morning, TIDAL application is not able to connect. Deezer application is working fine. Same error message than yesterday for TIDAL

 

Same here. Third time in the last few days. Looks like streaming services become unreliable by eversolo.

 

Tidal is by me also not working, but what now? How can I fix it?

 

Having bought my a6 on Friday. I found it extremely useful to know there was issue and not it was a fault with my unit.

 

Is anyone here going to fix this problem?

 

"Clear the launcher data" solves the problem. Now Tidal is working .

Mind that all your favorite radiostations are cleared and have to be made favorite again.

 

‘Clearing the launcher data’ is a BAD idea.

My library is now gone with all playlists and my widgets on the front screen.

All my FIR filters on the A8 is also now gone.

@mirror this function needs to be removed or a serious warning should be shown…

This is more extreme than a factory reset. ALL MY SETTINGS HAVE BEEN RESET. Even my fav VU meter and Spectrum mode is back to the beginning.

@mirror WTF, please do better. This is a disaster…
