Startup the A6 - every time the same questions

Hello - now i own my a6!
... every time I start the a6 the same questions appears:
• select language
• select time zone
• the connected screen with ip adress
• phone controlling

... always I press continue - and then the "welcome-Screen" appears ...

... factory reset the unit three times - and the newest firmware is loaded ( V1.2.12)

... can anyone help?

 

I think you must join the support because it seems to not save the parameters.

 

After another restart the problem is solved!
