Quick Fix Released for Poster Wall App Matching Issues

Sorry, no - I was sent a new version for the 1295 boxes yesterday, but it had the same problems as the last one - crashed as soon as you open a poster.

I've no idea why this wasn't fixed - it's the same bug and it's very easy to replicate and happens every time - very odd. Hopefully we'll know more on Monday

I have the ziddo X10 pro and it often crashes on the movie poster when I press play since the fix for the movie posters

You don't need to install the HT5 APK updates in order.. just select the most recent one... like I sent you the link to in another thread...

 

I would like to try HT 5 4.3.37 first.

Hopefully they'll keep working on it as you're always nervous about older versions becoming useless - I'm running 3 of these and I'm not sure I'd stay with Zidoo if they need me to upgrade.

 

Thanks for this fix, had to google a bit, but foun d this and works like a charm for poster wall. Have Z9X, no trailers before or after, ony playback error. But poster wwall was the immediate problem.

 

Went to add some films and they are not being identified by TMDB
I have z1000 pro.

as see patches mentioned here, how does one add patch to z1000 ?
It would appear I have latest firmware.

And you can either install on a USB stick formatted FAT32 and open it or I find the easist is to simply copy patch apk file to your network location and browse to it via your Media Center and simply click on it and select the prompt to install it over you existing HT app....

 

FYI The stick I used was SanDisk USB 3.0, 32GB drive and formatted NTFS, absolutely no problems. I use this drive for all my firmware updates and other.

 

Z1000 poster wall not functioning will after upgrade Z1000 (I know, it's pretty old machine) firmware the 2.3.88, no movie info can be matched, when are you going to fix it?
