Hello I hope someone can help I connected to my Z9X through the browser and had made some changes putting some files into categories The last one I changed when it saved it seemed to have an issue and now all my posters have disappeared I can not seem to get them back, if I select the disk icon at the top right and select my smb share all the posters for each file show up there including the posters and info and the files play But if I go back to the poster wall they won’t show there. So I deleted the share and created it again, did the scan which worked properly and poster wall still won’t show my movies I then reinstalled the the firmware and went through the whole process again and still can’t get my poster wall back Not sure what to do next, I had just installed the latest version with the google play store the other day and things have been less stable then they were with the non G version
This is just a guess... but I think somehow your inadvertently made HT4 think that you deleted your movies/scanned info/posters and thus will not show them again since your movie files are named exactly the same yet.....I think you need to clear and reset HT4 and then do another scan.
There's a "clean up" button in the HT 4.0 home page I believe. Select that and it'll clear everything.
