Hello to all Zidoo Z9X owners. At the end of 2024, my brother, nicknamed gobrycki, passed away. He owned a Z9X. He had a disc with movies and TV series that had posters/thumbnails on them. I recently transferred them to a second disc, but unfortunately, the posters/thumbnails aren't showing up for all movies and TV series. What do I need to do to make sure each movie/TV series has its own poster? Thank you for any help
tmdb, the site from which Zidoo gets posters, has banned some DNS. It's quite possible you're in that region, for example, Belarus. You need to add Google's DNS 8.8.8.8 after your provider's DNS in your router, and the posters will appear.
I wonder if your Zidoo is still on an old version of Home Theater? that doesn't have the fix that was issued a while back to fix access to TMDB which downloads and shows your posters?
