Ah! Thanks guys, I think during testing I just selected always remember for the external player so it's no longer prompting me. I'll try and clear defautls and select the bridge. I want the subs support even if the native Plezy is updating time line now. This really reminds me of hte old Popcorn Hour days with their Plex client on the A210. Had to do path translation to get subtitles and everything cause the file.mkv file just wouldn't pass it through over http!
I had to input the package name, couldn’t get it to prompt me to open a player thanks to Gemini was easy to find the name com.hpn789.plextozidoo all working perfectly! I prefer Plezys interface, much faster
Interesting, that didn’t work for me for JellyToZidoo. The bridge app would open but the movie wouldn’t play. I’ll give it another try.
Yes it does work from Plezy calling up the package name for Jelly too. I spend so much time working with Gemini to find the package name and try to pass URL string to make it work but was not successful. The problem was in JellyfinToZidoo app bridge. I have 2 Zidoo boxes and similar setup. By playing and testing between the two I lost the login to Jelly server from the JellyToZidoo bridge. It appears that second login from another JellyToZidoo app logs out the first device even though it's still showing logged in inside the first JellyToZidoo app. Gemini wasn't smart enough to figure this out Thanks @RXP for testing this option.
Hey there! I would really appreciate if you could post the complete "how to" get Plezy to read from the PlextoZidoo bridge! For me it did not work in the past, and I am a bit confused with all this. Pretty please
