    New OTA Update: v1.4.82 Just Landed for DMP-A6/A8/A10 Owners

    Now available, V1.4.82 is packed with enhancements catered to your audio configuration.

    Let's explore what's new:


    • Room Correction with EDRC (A6 Series)
    • FIR Filter in EQ for precise sound tuning (A6 Series)
    • Access Authorization to prevent unauthorized app control
    • Smart Resume for TuneIn Radio after reboot
    • Internet Radio Favorites & Custom Sorting

    It's straightforward to upgrade the Eversolo app by going to Apps > Update > Online Update

    Note: Firmware is being released in batches. If you haven't seen it yet, don't worry; you will soon receive an update.

    Since 1.4.76, my A10 will randomly stop playing music while using Roon…..from Roon GUI, it seems like A10 was disconnected from home net work for a couple of second. I wonder when will this bug be fixed? My network is fine, I have reset the A10 to factory default, the issue happens immediately after 1.4.76 update so this is an issue in the new fw. Btw, 1.4.82 did not fix this either….

    BTW, how did you connected to the Internet. via wired or Wi-Fi?

    Thanks for the reply,
    Here is some back ground and general observations abt this issue.

    My home network are set as follows:
    Internet modem <—wire—> Mi Router <— wire—> Net Gear 8 port PoE Switch <—wire(not powered)—>HP Enterprise 24 Ports <—wire—>A10

    -before I upgrade to 1.4.76, everything works great. This issue happens right after the fw upgrade.
    -The playback seems stops at a random instance, but it actually only stops when switching to the next song. So it never stops during a song.
    -Since I use Roon, so no DSP function of any kind from A10 were enabled.
    -It seems like your machine has some issues for network discovery. I say this because even your own APP can’t find A10 after A10 is on for awhile and went to screen saver mode. However, I can’t confirm if screen saver is related since there is no way to turn it off.
    -I have tried to reset A10 to factory default. But the issue remains…


    My guess is, after 1.4.76, something ruined RATT protocol for some reason

    Hey Brent,

    Could you please capture the log of the process?
    You can follow the steps:

    1. Preparation
    Download the tool: http://apidl.zidoo.tv/app/RKDebugTool_DMP-A6.apk
    (also available for A10)
    Prepare a USB drive or use the built-in M.2 SSD

    2. Capture Logs
    ① Install the app, connect your USB drive (or ensure SSD is installed), then open Realtek Debug from your Apps menu.
    ② In the app:
    Check the LOG path at the top (should show your USB/SSD)
    Tap Start All → Press Home/Back to run in background
    Reproduce the issue you’re experiencing
    Important: Do NOT remove the USB/SSD during logging!
    ③ After reproducing the issue:
    Reopen Realtek Debug → Tap Stop All

    3. Share Logs
    Go to your USB/SSD’s root folder → Open rtk_dump
    Compress the log folder (named YYYY/MM/DD)
    Send the zip file to me, I will forward to our developer for investigation once I receive.

    Sadly reporting back, I power down my A10....trying to follow the steps.....but the unit did not went to stand by mode. The light of the power button did not turn orange, it just went off.
    And the unit just....dead...wont power up again....So....I did not even have the change to try what you suggested... And I have checked the fuse, it is still good.
    Is there any reset button on this unit?

    Sorry to hear that. Please try restarting it after cutting of the power.

    It is now some months and some FW updates ago since the problem with the Tidal UI appeared (no 'My new arrivals' and 'My daily discovery' playlists will be shown up). Additionally you have not the same view on the Tidal home screen (see also several posts including mine in April). You promised to fix the problem within the next updates, but nothing happened until now.
    I would appreciate if you can give us further information when this issue will be fixed. For me it seems that this is not that big problem to adapt the UI according to the Tidal API.

    Update, after the one time roon stopped playing on A10, I decided to reset to the factory default, so far the issue seens gone.....i have played for 2 days straight already. Will report back later if things start to act up again.

    Thanks for the promote revision. I think the bug is dead now....

    Hi all!
    This does not work with the favorite list, the stations change place but then the sorting is reset. This is not fixed in 1.5.10

    What about the access authorization feature, is there a place where we can revoke access to some devices? @Zidoo Support-Kim

    Hello, do you mean the sorting of "Favorite" in Internet Radio will reset? When will it happen? Like enter the app again, or after reset of Eversolo?
    Could you attach a screenshot of this?
