To remind you: After the update to 1.5.30, I stopped hearing music when I played a 192kHz recording using my SPDIF output to my Anthem AVM 60 pre-amp where I use the DSP to create surround sound. Also remember my SPDIF problem was on an A10 (I posted here because there are more readers). I was able to get an A6 and we did an update and the update broke the ability of SPDIF to send 192kHz signals on both Amazon Music and Qobuz. As always all other frequencies worked.

However today, I noticed something interesting. On the SPDIF screen on the Eversolo, I have been using “Bypass” to avoid the local DSP settings. When I have the setting on bypass, the 192kHz recording plays but there is no sound! When I set it to “Routing via DSP module” I get sound that is down res’d to 96 kHz BUT THERE IS MUSIC! I have the DSP module shut off and it is not processing the digital stream I don’t think, but at least I can hear my recordings. Any ideas? It could be a hardware problem on the Eversolo but I still think it is the update. All other frequencies play and there is sound. It is only 192kHz that is affected.

[Corrected]Update: We are doing further tests to have a replication.

I am confused. Lana just wrote me that they still needed a video to help solve the issue. Is this true?

My bad. I mistakenly thought your issue had already passed through this stage.
Yes, the video is neccesary for the replication. And we are aware of the issue you are facing.
