New firmware v2.1.22 version for ZIDOO X9S release

I scanned eset smart security and did not detect any virus.
I have scanned the chrome separately and also did not detect anything.
Probably depends on the antivirus program.

 

Woow false positive report by Microsoft antivirus.
chrome.apk is untouched from began of X9s player firmware v1.1.26 to v2.1.25 has a same file CRC32 --> 81D2D1B3.
v2.1.25 available from Zidoo server.

LE: Dune, Eweat, Zappiti, Zidoo base on RTD 1295/1296 use a same chrome.apk CRC32 --> 81D2D1B3.

 

X8 2.1.25? No?

 

yeah i know, maybe only false alert from windows defender
but i dont want it stay longer on my PC
sure i think its not gonna harm my X9S too
and i dont hesitate to update it
eventhough i never use chrome coz i only using my X9S for playing movie

Installed new firmware 2.1.25, no probs for now.
(Removed Chrome. Don't use chrome, so deleted it.)

Edit:
When I try to download subtitles, There are only 10 options available, and only in English language.
No Dutch or other language available.
Is this a setting I missed somewhere?

Edit 2:
Subtitle height setting (tested with intern srt) not remembered. When restart the movie, the subtitle position is back to it's default.

 

For me to no dutch subtitles,it never worked.

i dont know why but at least they still care and give the update
and thank for 4pda they leak it for us
maybe there`s some special relation between rusian and china

What’s the verdict pass beta testing and Chrome questionable virus?

Is 2.1.25 ok to install?

 

Without these testers, no firmware?

 

There is no virus in chrome,i tried two antivirus programs and found nothing.
I installed 2.1.25 it works well for me i mainly use for iptv, but everyone has their own requirements.

i downloaded it for 3rd times
and at the 3rd windows defender did not scanned it as a virus
the first and the second one, i tried too install but always failed to verified

@godalmighty maybe you were correct. Maybe it was released on Russian site first for initial testing before publishing here

 

Microsoft fixed they false positive detection.

 

ooh i see
that explained why my 3rd file i downloaded not detected as virus
and for the other two who failed to verified, maybe because the windows defender quarantined some part of the files
