movies problems on posterwall

i have loaded the guardians of the galaxy trilogy on the zidoo on posterwall only 1 and 3 show up but all 3 show up in file manager, any one got answers

 

Did you check in the Zidoo's Unmatched category, sorted by most recent? There, you can manually match it.

 

nothing in posterwall is unmatched

 

Vol 2 might be hidden under the poster of vol 1 or 3, so click these posters.

 

no not hidden, will delete them and reinstall them

 

Try to play part 1 and 3. It could be that part 2 appears after that.

 

Sometimes I've found my Zidoo just won't see some files until I radically rename them. Try to simplify their filenames, with only the information it needs like title and year.

Yup, I have had that same title not get matched properly either.. either in Unmatched or it got bundled in with Guardians 3... as the A and B version.... simple rematch and I was back in business..
