    1. In the mobile app (or web UI), open “HP-EQ.”

    2. Select the preset you have added, then tap “+” to create a new copy.

    3. Rename the new preset as desired. You may repeat this step to create multiple copies.

    4. On the X9 touchscreen, tap “>>More” under the HP-EQ section.

    5. Tap the preset name once to switch it to another target curve.

    Hi,

I tried to use this guide, unfortunately, it doesn't quite work.
I created a copy of the preset and gave it my own name according to the instructions. I created copies both through the app and through the browser.

In Luxsin X9, in the HP-EQ settings, after selecting “More,” I select the copy of the preset and tap it. Unfortunately, nothing happens. Only when I tap on the original preset from which the copy was created can I change the target curve.

I reached that multi target curve successfully.
But I couldn’t find out how to display the impedance of an headphone even having set up the auto impedance switch to “on” .

Please unplug the headphone and then plug it in to X8 again, you will see the headphone impedance auto detection right after you plug in the headphone

I tried with my Hifiman he1000v2 both with the xlr balanced plug and the 6,35 jack , plugging and unplugging many Times without any impedance showing on display…

Are you using X8 or X9?

If you already turned on the "Auto Impedance Detection", remove all connections to all three headset jacks (XLR/4.4/6.35), and then plug in your headphone to try.

If it still doesn't work, goes to "headphone gain" and then click "redetect", and let us know the result.

    Thanks for the support

    The redetect function works well.
I am using X8 , when I click redetect it shows the impedance 50 ohms for he1000v2 on xlr balanced and 32 ohms with Kennerton Vali on 6,35 output . This is working well, but it never displays anything when disconnecting and reconnecting the headphones .

Please let us know which country you are located in and provide your device serial number (you can find it on the label at the bottom of the unit).

We recommend contacting your original purchase channel to request a replacement unit. If you encounter any issues during the replacement process, please feel free to contact us, we are always here to help.

The dealer (HCS _ HomeCineSolutions. https://www.homecinesolutions.fr/) thoroughly took care this morning of the defective product, checked the issue and replaced with a brand new unit. Now happily auto dectecting the impedance. Was so happy with HCS excellent services I purchased immediately an Eversolo t8 to match the x8.
    Thanks and regards
