Inquiries about the operation of in-app tidal infinite loading and setting

    Since yesterday, when I use the Tidal in-app, it only loads and takes a long time to access. Also, when I log out and try to log in again, the login also has a time error, so I sometimes can't log in. Seeing that it works using Tidal Connect, I think there is a problem with the in-app, but I need to check it quickly. Also, there is no auto play and volume setting dolby setting when setting the in-app, why is that and what is the default setting for the in-app?

    Hi there, does it persist?
    If so, could you please try the "reset login" option in the page of streaming service?
    And a video with the process of issue will be helpful.
