Have you already fixed that? I have exactly the same problem with my 2 internal hdd in Zidoo UHD5000 - they are read-only. Everything seems to be all right with my external usb drives - I have "write" access there.
Was seeing the same on a usb stick on my new z9x 8k... no issue with the stick in my z9x or other devices.. Any ideas ??
Hi. Could you please inform the firmware version of your Z9X 8K? Then, please try connecting via Z9X 8K USB 2.0, if it hasn't been tried.
sure, I just got my box, and its on 1.2.01 (seeing some issues with dolby vision, on the newest, and no rollback, I opted not to update yet.. ) just rechecked, from media center seems good, both 2.0 and 3.0 ... no issue in a quick check.. copy, create, delete.. from within zdmc, or kodi, it is unable to write to the thumb drive.. sorry for the confusion.. (ran into the issue restoring a backup ) this gives an error thanks for your time.. sorry again for the confusion..
