    I have recorded a video, but I cannot send it as an email attachment because the file is too large. I don't have any other way to send it. I also tried uploading it to the forum, but it was rejected because it is an MP4 file

    Hello Subrt, I must say sorry to hear about your problem or problems sorry I did not read some of your entire post, I was wondering, have you tried performing a factory reset sometimes this will help sometimes it will not, but it has helped me in some situations with problems as yourself. Maybe you had performed a reset. I don’t know, due to lack of my own ignorance of not reading everything in thr posts .You may try a factory reset from what I am in view of you absolutely have nothing to lose, in doing so very best of luck to you. I’m most certain your problems will be solved one way or another, Always use extreme caution with new information, updates and upgrades

    For Spotify connect losing sound between flip of 16 bit and 24 bit is not new as I have the problem with version 1.5.60. I have found that a full reset does not fix it, but if you run the Spotify app on the Eversolo (I have a dmp a6) then it works fine. The problem occurs when starting connect, from an iPad in my case, on a playlist with mixed bit rates. I will say it does not happen every time but usually happens.

    Hello Mark, I’m certainly no streamer or PC Expert, however from a small bit of experience from what you described, sounds like it may be not so much the fault of the unit however, in your explanation or post, it would seem to appear to myself, that the problem may lie within the software or application itself however, this is just an,Assumption, please have a nice day :) / welcome …

    I agree I believe it is a software issue. It all started when Spotify started lossless and support for that came in. There a lot of permutation out there and I’m sure they will fix it in time. I use to be a software engineer and the biggest problem is reproducing issues.

    I have the same problem with my A6, but maybe I am on to something.. When I switch continuous output to 192khz icm max sample rate output 192khz is seems to switch better from 16 to 24 with less drop outs. Can you check as well?

    I’ve had a look at my settings and already have it set to 192khz, so that does not help. Perhaps your definition of less drops outs is what I’m getting, I just find it annoying. But using app on the Eversolo fixes the issue so I’ll just monitor the change logs until it’s fixed.

    Same here, sadly not a fix. I hope they find the culprit soon, too annoying using connect this way..

    Hello guys

    I am on 1.5.64 test firmware

    The 1.5.75 is not showing here. It always says that I am up to date.
    So is it safe to update from USB through the mcbluna site?

    You can always update from McBluna site, as long as all the incremental updates are directly available.
    If they are not it may become a little bit more complicated, as you would need FIRST to downgrade to a valid step, and THEN incrementally update to the latest one.

    Hi absolutely without doubt none of my business if I were in your particular position, believe me, I would just leave things alone. Please excuse my comment to some degree. This is just my personal opinion from past and previous experiences. Best of luck with that I think you may need it perhaps not but why chance it to accomplish what and receive who knows what, with all due respect

    I start the app on the a6 and then use the iPad app, which indicates its running on the a6 and then change what is playing through the ipad.

    I see the Eversolo Spotify app only plays 16bit, not 24bit. Maybe that is the reason it works without drop outs?

    Display problems since v1.5.75

    Hello,
    I've owned my A8 for six months and haven't had any problems until now.

    But since firmware v1.5.75, I've been experiencing display issues.

    I'm using the screensaver (the first one in the list, which only displays black).

    After a few hours of use, the display stops responding to touch.
    It can only be activated via the remote control, app, or volume button.
    However, it's no longer usable, and the display shows a fragmented image.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hello and happy Easter to all

    I am in test firmware 1.5.64 that has been pushed to my device from eversolo team.
    Can someone from support team inform me if my device is capable from now on to future updates like the 1.5.75? Due to 1.5.64 is not mention anywhere my device is maybe the only one that has this test firmware 1.5.64.

    The ota update keep telling me that I am up to date. The mcbluna site has no update for me. All the packages are not from 1.5.64 to 1.5.75.

    Kleiner77 my friend it's sad to experience this.
    Did you try to power it down completely and see if it fixes it's self? If do this and it's ok then after a few hours the screen is like your photo then send this post and photo to their R&D they will respond to you. It's a strange problem because if it's something that the 1.5.75 broke then it must come up immediately not after a few hours.
