Eversolo's all Hi-Fi equipment in the DMP and Play series are now compatible with Qobuz Connect

    I saw that you mentioned elsewhere that the interruptions being experienced was being dealt with as a gapless issue. I previously switched off gapless in settings, but it did not resolve the issue I am experiencing.

    I am sorry to say, that the interrupts between two tracks in qobuz connect is N O T solved with 1.4.76
    Played all albums for example of Alan Parsons Projekt streamed by the qobuz app.
    The first or running track ends smooth as expected. Then, when the next track should gapless start, there is ONE stutter! Let`s say, the first tone/note of the next starting track ist cut/interrupted and then repeated (sounds twice) before track plays as expected.

    Yeah I see no change . Still a problem.

    If Wiim can do Qobuz Connect correctly , certainly Eversolo can.

    I have tested the Wiim Pro and the Wiim Pro Plus and both work with Qobuz Connect flawlessly.

    Hi Kim, was the video I posted last Saturday helpful? I installed the update 1.4.60/1.4.76 following the online prompt this morning. I can say that it has not at all resolved the interruption shown in the video sent to you when using Qobuz Connect. However, there is significant improvement to the same issue when using Spotify Connect. Fairly consistently if a track is selected in Spotify the interruption will occur for that track, but usually not for the following tracks if allowed to play.

    You posted it on Saturday. On Monday you state there is not much of an improvement... don't you think people during the weekends, usually, do not work...?

    Hey. Your videos are relatively straight forward.
    Could you please capture the log of the process of interruption? Thank you!

    You can follow the steps:

    1. Preparation
    2. Capture Logs

    ① Install the app, connect your USB drive (or ensure SSD is installed), then open Realtek Debug from your Apps menu.
    ② In the app:
    • Check the LOG path at the top (should show your USB/SSD)

    • Tap Start All → Press Home/Back to run in background

    • Reproduce the issue you’re experiencing
    Important: Do NOT remove the USB/SSD during logging!

    ③ After reproducing the issue:

    • Reopen Realtek Debug → Tap Stop All
    3. Share Logs

    • Go to your USB/SSD’s root folder → Open rtk_dump

    • Compress the log folder (named YYYY/MM/DD)

    • Send the zip file to me, I will forward to our developer once I receive.

    I have attached a Wiim Pro to the Eversolo to play Qobuz Connect properly with the optical in port.

    I also noticed that when I select a piece of music while it's playing and press play next, there's often a brief cutout.

    Interesting thing I noticed is if I play a song for a bit then hit the reverse button to start playing the same song , the following song will not have the audio cutout that it usually has.

    Honestly I cannot listen to these glitches on the next song playing anymore. They happen too frequently and ruin the music experience.

    Please Eversolo take care of this . I stick with Roon for now.

    Hi Kim. I did download the Debug app to a USB stick, but did not take it further. Having updated with the combined 1.4.60/1.4.76 I find the sound using the Eversolo app to be improved greatly, whereas before the Qobuz app sounded better. I am happy now to use the Eversolo app going forward.
