Eversoloplay Wifi issue

    Hi all
    I bought Eversoloplay a week before.At the first boot installation I choose wifi connection instead of wired connection.After 2 days I started using wired connection.my issue is now unable to use wifi .when play boots wifi shows "unconnected" toggle in off postion and when manually toggled " On " the wifi searching for networks for morethan an hour but unable to view available networks.
    I tried factory reset but issue continues
    I tried disconnecting ethernet cable but issue continues
    But using Evesolo app to mirror the screen no issue in that.
    Kindly suggest the suitable solution to overcome this issue.

    Disconnect the wired network connection and try restarting the router. If the issue persists, please try performing a factory reset.

    I tried all not working and used phone hotspot to check availability of network showing in play but not works .Everytime when switch on the play wifi always in off position and when toggle on it is searching for network.

    In factory reset process also after choosing country next screen wifi/ethernet in that screen not showing available networks.

    Any hardware reset option?

    1. Please follow this tutorial to wipe both cache and data under the recovery mode:

    2. If the issue persist, please follow this and have a repairment:
    ① Find the seller or the agent in your area, then have them check whether the internal antenna has come loose.
    ②If not, it's supposed to be caused by mainboard issue.

    Tried option 1 but goes in vain not solved

    Please clarify:

    It would not.
    This is your Eversolo telling you to REMOVE the wired ethernet cable if you want to use wi-fi
    Then you need to configure the wi-fi LAN on the Eversolo (SSID + password)
    Then you need your phone / tablet on the very same wi-fi in prder to see the Eversolo mirrored screen
    What is your exact problem, as I cannot understand from the 2 pics above...

    If you connect your play to the same network with wire, it's ok.
    Sorry to hear that. Please contact your dealer for a repair. The hardware issue is caused by the internal antenna and the module.

    It's ok, Nutul. He cannot use WIFI, after lots of troubleshooting we consider it's the hardware issue of antenna or the mainboard.

    I am facing with wifi network not showing and connecting issue.As per instruction from previous post I did cache and factory reset.till now I am facing the same issue.
    If wifi module hardware problem ,the screen mirroring will not happen ? I need clarification that the wifi and screen mirroring module are the same.
