Hi, as a user of Apple devices for years, I do have problems in getting access to - albums formerly bought with iTunes - everything uploaded with iTunes Match This might be based on the fact that I do not have an active Apple Music abo, but such abo isn't necessary to access already bought albums or uploaded music based on iTunes Match (up to 25.000 songs possible) as I do have access to those files / songs when using my iPhone or my MacBook. Same with the playlists I organized in the past: All songs formerly bought or uploaded are accessible with iPhone / MacBook, but with the Eversolo Play I even do not see those playlists. Any idea how to solve that problem? Thanks for help
I don't quite understand, how do you sync between devices if you don't have an account? There's an Apple Music app in the Streaming app, you could try using that.
I think he does have an Apple account but no Apple Music subscription. The Apple Music App on Apple devices is used for both: the subscription and songs which are either bought or imported with iTunes. I am pretty sure Eversolo and other none-Apple-Devices can only support the subscription and not those “iTunes songs”.
I do have an account, but not an Apple Music abo... But with Eversolo Play Apple Music App I only can connect to Apple Music by choosing an Apple Music abo. I do not have access to my Mediathek without that but have with Apple Musik used with my Macbook, where it looks like this (see attached file. There are more playlists, but I cut the screenshot): With Eversolo Play, I never see the Mediathek (and the content stored there): When I try to open the Mediathek in the Apple Musik App of Eversolo Play, I must choose a subscription to start... When I try to open Apple Musik in the Music section of the Eversolo Play software, the bibliothek is empty and I was asked to retry my attempt. As you can imagine, any retry failed. As Apple pointed out in its own documentation, Apple match is not usable on Apple devices, but also on PCs (e.g. with iTunes). The files uploaded with Apple match as synchronized via iCloud... Besides that: music files I bought in former times with iTunes are NOT handled by Apple Match, but Apple Music, and they are not visible for me on the Eversolo Play without an Apple Music subscription. I do not understand why access to the Mediathek is blocked in the app in case no active Apple Music subscription is available. I hope this additional description makes my problem easier to understand.
