Aren't these the same AKM chips that were in the A8? I've been excitedly waiting for this release, and now there are sites like Audio Advice that are now taking preorders... but I'm hesitant to pre-order a new DAC with the same chips that were in the DMP-A8. Any thoughts?

There's a 6.35mm headphone jack, which automatically detects headphone impedance and adjusts gain, It can drive models from 16 to 300 Ω.
