Eversolo a6 with soundbar

Good evening, I'm asking for information. I placed my Eversolo a6 under a nearby soundbar but I'm not in contact. I'm asking if there could be any problems with the hardware (of course when I use the Eversolo the soundbar doesn't work). Sorry for my English but I used Google. Thanks.

If the soundbar does not work when you use the Eversolo, then no, no problem. Albeit the only problem would be that of hearing some extra sound coming out of the soundbar while using the Eversolo on other speakers, from another sound-source...
What kind of problems did you have in mind, BTW? Vibrations? EMI?

I thought electromagnetic interference could damage hardware

It can, for sure. The thing is its level of magnitude. So, again, no. You're safe.
Only thing I can think of is, eventually, some EMI interacting with the speaker coils of your soundbar, and possibly producing some hiss / hum while the Eversolo plays, but then again, it's extremely uncommon, and low in terms of dBs anyway (the Eversolo's chassis is metal, acting like a Faraday's cage, and there are no high-currents involved anyway...).

I'm telling you this because I had a problem after turning on the eversolo, the display seemed crazy, it kept changing continuously and wouldn't stop, I sent a video to support and they saw that a soundbar was positioned above and they told me that a possible cause could have been having positioned the eversolo under the soundbar which could damage the internal hardware, now I don't know if this is possible.

    very weird, as:
    1. every device must assure it produces as little EMI as possible
    2. every device must protect itself from as mush EMI as possible
This Electrical and Radio Authority regulation in USA, Europe, and possibly many other Countries.
The device failing to comply to the above would not be allowed for sale.

The soundbar being OFF, only the speakers' magnets could make some trouble, IMHO. The sound bar being on... there could be some internal transformer issues, or noise generated by its SMPSU.

It seems strange to me too, maybe the support said so but maybe the real problem was something else.
