My Z10 arrived the other day and I've been trying to add it to the Eversolo connect app. I can get my phone to connect to the z10 bluetooth but the app will not show the Z10 in the list to add the Z10 anywhere. I see the drop down for the Z6 and Z8 but the Z10 is not in the list and there's no way to search for the device manually inside the app. Has anyone successfully added the Z10 to the Eversolo App?
It doesn’t connect to either wired or WiFi, it is simply not a network connected device, a DAC not a streamer. Bluetooth yes, one digital input for a DAC.
You can control the settings through the app. The user manual has a section for it. I don't think the app version has been updated to include the z10 yet.
Yes you are correct, I see that in the user manual, bluetooth connection via an app but not over your network like the current streamer control method. Hopefully they will release an appropriate app update for the Z10 soon.
Got my Z10 today. After some brainstorming the fix is as follows: 1. Select the “Source In” 2. Scroll left to reveal “Bluetooth In” 3. Select that This forces the Bluetooth to activate 4. Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings 5. Select the “DAC-Z10_72” to connect 6. Go to the EverSolo control app 7. Add device and select Z series and Z10 8. Pair
