Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a graphical issue with my Eversolo Play CD Edition. When I swipe on the touchscreen left and right, the CD album art briefly disappears and then reappears. The music continues playing normally, and everything else seems responsive — it’s just the art that disappears. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or setting adjustment that might resolve it? I'm using OS version 1.5.60 Thanks

Hi Kim, thanks for your response. The issue didn't happen during the process of loading, it happened during playback. I was using the external CD player, though I'm pretty sure I've seen the issue happening with the internal one. Now I can't reproduce with the internal one. However, now the artwork is not loading at all. I do see album name, tracks, everything, just not the artwork (in this case I'm using the internal CD player). I've tried with very well known albums such as G n' R's Use Your Illusion I and Faith No More's Angel Dust. I've turned off the unit and turned it back on and the same issue persists. Are there diagnostic logs I can get to help troubleshoot the problem? I'm attaching photos and a video showing the issues. Thanks!
I see. 1. Only these two display cannot show the artwork? 2. Will the missing artwork appear after playing for a while? 3. Could you please send one of the CD ripped files to us for a test?
Hi Kim, I've replied yesterday but the message is still awaiting moderator approval. I will send the response again without the links to my google drive as I believe that's what requires approval. 1. All displays are only showing artist, track etc. but no artwork at all, including the display that shows the spinning disc on the left with the tracks on the right 2. No, it doesn't show up even after waiting a few minutes 3. Will try to send it in a separate message Also tried with Coldplay - A rush of blood to the head, one of the displays show the artwork but the others don't Lastly, I tried FNM Angel Dust with an external CD player and all artwork shows perfectly fine.
