Can anyone explain this feature to me?

what is supposed to sync and why is it not?

 

I think the synchronization is about the new albums / playlists you create on Tidal with its app, or by the web interface, to those visible on the Eversolo app.

Why it fails, I cannot guess... maybe it is just an "error" that should have been "already synchronized".

 

The synchronization doesn't work with Qobuz via the eversolo app either

 

With Qobuz it mostly works for me - even when it says ‘failed’.

You have to go back one step, though, and then return to ‘Favorites’ / ‘Releases’ to see the effect of the sync…

 

I'm in "releases" and press sync but I keep getting the error message

 

Go back out and then in again. Do you see the ‘newly added albums’ now?

 

You have to use the filter option and filter by ‘Added’.

 

You're right, I first added an album using the Eversolo app and it was there immediately and then I added an album using the Qobuz app on my cell phone and after syncing back and forth three times, this album also appeared

 

I’m pretty sure any albums I’ve saved on Tidal already show up in the Eversolo app even before the sync request. But I’ll try to add one to Tidal again and see if it shows up automatically.

 

Yes, after some time, it will show up automatically. But it does so on a schedule. If you want it faster, you can use the ‘push’ / ‘Sync’ feature. If you don’t see the albums at the top, it has to do with the sorting/filter you are using.
