Hello Guy's, Since I update my X9 to 2.0.10.0 firmware my device keep on rebooting after 10s again and again, try downgrade to 2.0.09.0 but the issue remains the same. I noticed that if I turn off the wi-fi the device stop rebooting. Anyone else?
Could you please help us capture the system log while the reboot issue is occurring and send the log files to support@luxsinaudio.com? Our engineering team will analyze the logs to help identify the cause. To capture the log: Prepare a USB 2.0 flash drive formatted as FAT32. Create a folder named exactly luxsinLog in the root directory of the USB drive. Please note that the folder name is case-sensitive. Insert the USB drive into the USB-A port on the X9. Keep the USB drive connected and let the reboot issue occur again. The X9 will automatically save the relevant logs to the luxsinLog folder. After that, please send the log files to support@luxsinaudio.com. Thank you for your help.
Hi! My X9 keeps randomly losing its subwoofer settings when I turn it off and back on. I usually use it in line-out mode with sub-out enabled, and in headphone mode with no EQ.
Does this issue only occur with the latest firmware, or did you experience the same problem with previous firmware versions as well?
I think it started with version 2.0.8, though I'm not sure. But it was definitely happening in 2.0.9. Sometimes when I turn it on, the effects are off; when I switch them on, all the previous settings are gone.
I'm already on this version and it happened again; I made the initial post as soon as the problem occurred.
The X9 automatically saves user settings separately for each output, including Effect settings, volume, and subwoofer settings. For example, if you configure the subwoofer while using the RCA/XLR output, but do not use the subwoofer with the headphone output, the X9 will remember these settings separately. If the X9 starts up with the headphone output selected, you will not see the subwoofer settings you previously configured for the line output. Please switch back to the RCA/XLR output, and the settings previously saved for that output should be restored. Could you please check if this is what you are experiencing?
I only configure the subwoofer effects on the line out output. I don't even use or mess with the headphone effects.
