4K voice fading

Hello. I have a Zidoo X10 and a Z20 Pro. I have a lot of HD and 4K movies. They all work fine. I recently received a family wedding video recorded at 4K bitrate 59. The movie takes up 60 GB. When I watch it on several TVs without Zidoo, the movie is smooth and very good. When I watch it through Zidoo, there's a problem. Every few seconds (about 7 seconds), the counter on the front of the Zidoo stops, and the sound drops out, but the movie continues. The problem is that the sound drops out and the counter stops, but the movie continues. I've tried changing HDMI cables (various), but it didn't help. I've connected it directly to the TV without a Denon receiver, but it doesn't help. The Zidoo X10 also has the problem, although it stutters less (but the sound also drops out). I've updated the latest and latest firmware, but it didn't help. What else can I do to prevent the sound from dropping out? I'm writing through a translator.

 

I expect it's a codec issue - can you provide a Media Info report of it?

 

I'll post a codec dump after work. It was definitely H264 MP4. I'll provide the exact details when I get home.

 

Cool - h.264 shouldn't be an issue but let's see what Media Info says first.

Can't see anything wrong in there - but let's try muxing to MKV with MKVToolnix - it may be something odd in the MP4 wrapper.

If you don't have it, MKVToolnix is here - it just wraps the video and audio streams in an MKV wrapper instead of MP4 - doesn't affect the video/audio stream.

I did this, converted it to MKV with this program, no change. The sound breaks every few seconds, but the image continues. There's a pause at 9, 17 seconds, etc. Niestety filmu nie mogę tu załadować.

Ok - got it - but I was expecting the file rather than a video of the player

No idea - as I say, media info looks fine, bitrate isn't high, so I don't know why it wouldn't play.
