Are the lyrics working ?

 

The albums I tried, which were very few, did not get lyrics automatically.

 

How can I reset the firmware?
I have version 1.4.06 installed, and the update keeps crashing.
How do I get back to version 1.4.01?

 

Reset in in Main => Setup => About => Reset as far as I recall.
Always scary when updates don't go smooth. Above all when no full factory image reload is made available like Zidoo used to do for older generations.

If resetting the firmware doesn't work, Eversolo will return the thing as defective!!!!

 

Just installed the earlier OTA firmware version, it's just that simple.

 

Support isn't responding to my problem.
There's no way to install the update on the device or in the app. It keeps freezing and crashing.
I've reset the device to factory settings several times.
It's having a problem with 1.4.06. It seems to be 1.4.01, and I can't roll it back.
The device is complete junk, what a pity.
Apparently, no one has had this problem yet.

 

Try to find a previous FW OTA version (R_v1.3.23_202409191730_ota-package for example) and give it a try.

 

Follow the options going to the recovery menu using the "Reset PIN" pressed during power-on.

 

When will this bug be fixed ?

 

This is a good hint and you should lean back and reflect your behaviour.
If I'm reading your outpouring (the same as in a german forum) I can't do different than shaking my head about so much dumbness.
Just be patient and wait, once the update is available online for you.

Or even better ... return your device, pick someting from another supplier and never come back here - please!

Anyone have a link to the new v1.4.32 (or whichever the latest one is) firmware?

 

If you go into the settings and select "About" then "Check version" and you should "Device update" with v1.4.32. I see it but haven't updated yet.

 

I've done that already but don't see an available update for me.

 

Updates get rolled out region by region, country by country. It's possible your region or country isn't yet scheduled for the update. Be patient. It will eventually happen.

Copy the downloaded .zip file (don't extract it) onto a USB stick and manually do the update that way.

 

How do you get to Main => Setup => About => Reset? If I go into the settings menu there is no Main or Setup option that I could find.

If I go into Settings and check all of the sub menus Audio, Play, Display and General there is no "Setup" option that I can find.
