As you use CEC and eARC have you looked in the Vertex 2's CEC/EARC tab - I don't know but wonder if the settings here could solve your issue?

Probably a stupid question but doesn't the Z9X 8K produce Error Logs and do these not point towards the Stuttering issue ?

Not sure you answered my question but I see from McBluna's website that the Z9X does have an Audio Port - so I may I ask why the Vertex 2 featured...
@Neozombie I see that the Vertex 2 is mentioned quite a bit these days am I right that the Z9X has no separate Audio port like the UHD8000 ?

Hmmmmmm - I presume what you report is for PCM only? Whilst I don't play PCM stuff, how about Flac and other sound formats?
