What are the best setup for audioplayback.<br />
When i listen to hi-res audio using Tidal the audio-image is not good, verry flat.<br />
When i listen to the same song using my phone and Tidal (connecting my phone to the Pre-amp using bluetooth) the audio quality is so much better.<br />
The Z10 is connected to my pre-amp using a HDMI cable (Audioquest)<br />

I have a problem with DolbyAtmos sound. For Atmos i have to disable bitstram on the Z10<br />
but i can&#039;t find it. O is there an other way to get Atmossound. Can somebody help me.<br />

When scrolling through the catalog, the movie posters load slower than the previous version and would usually hang from time to time, staying gray and imageless. Both the Z10 and the Z9S have constant blank screen issues.<br />
The Z9s is worse than the Z10 for blank screens issues and I had to return the Z9S for a refund.<br />

Is anyone else having this blank screen issue on the Z10?<br />
I know this is a firmware issue as I also have the X9S and I don&#039;t have any blank screen issues on my X9S.<br />

I have also installed a new 4k 65&quot; in the livingroom on another floor of the house that I was hoping to stream the media from the UHD3000 using another Zidoo player like the Z10... <br />
Is that possible to setup the 3000 as a server itself where it can support playing a media to the theater while also allowing the Z10 to access media from it to play on the other tv?  - or do I need to actually setup a true NAS...<br />

In my setup, the Z10 is getting Video material over NAS (Synology). AVR is 4K capable (Pioneer SC-LX502). Same is the TV (Samsung GQ65Q90RGTXZG)<br />
 I’m wondering why I am not able to play 4K?! Looking in the setup of the Zidoo, I don’t find a resolution higher than 1080p. How could I change that?<br />
