I can't use apps using videos with my Zidoo X5... Raiplay (italian channel app) doesn't open, Amazon Prime Video opens but crashes when I start a video,...
Did I make something wrong with android settings?
I can see Rai just with a Kodi addon, but I don't know how to see Amazon... I tried also from the browser, but when I went to Primevideo.com, browsers open Google Play to make me download the app.

The only way I find to re-establish the connection is to switch the box off and then on.

In other boxes, there is the option to reconnect without switching off the box.

Is this possible on the X5?

Is there something I can do so that the network does not drop out so frequently?

After I plug it in, about 10 minutes later the Zidoo automatically stops playback and returns to the home screen. It does this while playing back videos in KODI, or through the video player launched through the File Explorer, or when Spotify is playing music, or even when KODI is open but isn't playing anything back at the moment. I start the App "Miracast" on X5, then my PC-Win10 sees Zidoo in the list of "Wireless screen Devices" and I can choose "connect "... But it does it rarely and when it does the Tv screen turns black. It looks like X5 doesn't support the miracast from Windows10. There is a solution for this?

I've tried Miracast, EZCast, and Google Cast. All of them seem to be set up to cast FROM the Zidoo TO an Android TV or Chromecast. I'd like to do the opposite - to cast from my laptop (using the Chrome browser on Win10), or from my Android phone and have it show up on my Zidoo X5, which is plugged into my TV.
