Issue - Z3000 Pro CEC Bug — No AVR Wake Command Sent (Denon X3800H / LG TV)

I have a reproducible CEC issue on the Z3000 Pro (Amlogic S928X):

Zidoo successfully turns on my LG TV via CEC
LG TV successfully turns on my Denon AVR‑X3800H when the TV is powered on manually
Other sources (cable box, Roku, etc.) also turn on the Denon correctly
Only the Zidoo fails to wake the AVR

This shows the Denon and TV are handling CEC correctly.

Just thought that I would share this issue just in case anyone else has the same problem.

The other day I had been watching a few clips from the internal drives of my Zidoo that is connected to my Onkyo TS RZ 70. Everything worked perfectly. when I had finished I switched everything off.

Later when I settled down to watch a movie there was no sound. I shut everything down and restarted but still no sound. The AVR was playing sound from my PC though and so I reasoned that it had to be...

Hello. I am the owner of Zidoo Z9X Pro, firmware 1.0.95, Russian language. When I search for a movie title in Cyrillic in the Home Cinema 5.0 application, the list of movies is displayed only when I enter the first letter in the field, after entering the second, the search results disappear. Can something be done about this?

Hello

I purchased a z9X exclusively to play 3D iso files (MVC).
Once I received it, I installed ZDMC 19.4 (downloaded from zidoo.tv) and updated it to firmware v6.4.42G

Now, the problem I have is I can't play 3D MVC iso file, even through ZDMC 19.3. The screen stay black, no sound (Jurassic park, Titanic, Terminator 2)

Hi All,
I have seen a few similar issues reported, but I cannot seem to find a solution. Hoping someone can help.

I have a Z10 connected to my home WiFi (which is a Google Nest with about 5 Google speakers acting as a mesh) and my Windows 11 laptop connected to the same Network. I have drives attached to my Z10, and transfer files via WiFi from my PC to these drives. I have mapped the drives on Windows 11 as Network drives.

Good morning, hope you are all well

I am new to the Zidoo Community I currently have the Z9X Model. I'm going to start ripping my blu ray/4k/dvds on to a hard drive, but I do not know how to create a folder for each movie so that the zidoo can create the posters, movie info & be able to read/play the movie file.

Can any of you please advise me how to create a folder & the movie name

A sub-forum per application? This would make it easier to solve problems:
- of music software
- of the poster wall
- Special applications
- export of the playlist
etc.
There are recurring themes. There are currently many problems solved but in different subforums while the different device ranges that have technical differences have the same software!

Why aren't there sub-forums for each Zidoo device? That way the forum would be more organized and it would be easier to see topics concerning each device.
For example, I was surprised that there is no sub-forum for the Z9X.

When I "Export data to NFO file", where does it go?

I thought maybe the "corresponding directory" would be the same folder selected for doing backups, but I find nothing there. The export process goes on for a few minutes, but when it's done, I have no idea where to find the NFO file that has supposedly been created.

What am I missing?

Hi there,

I am a new owner of a Zidoo UHD 3000. I have the primary hdmi output connected to my projector and I have the second hdmi output to my AV processor. The Zidoo players audio settings is set to RAW. I can playback Dolby truehd content or atmos content just fine, however when I play any content that is in DTS master audio, the AV processor is only getting regular DTS.

The media info screen on Zidoo shows my files having a DTS MA track but when I start playing the file, the audio...

Hi,

I´m using the trailer launch time to play the soundtracks (theme.mp3) and I did set it in the menu to 3 sec. which is the lowest. But I would prefer it if the theme would start immediately after entering the series/movie (1 sec).

I did find the correlated entry for this time in:
zidooIP/Share/Storage/.HomeTheater/settings/TheaterConfig.xml

but no matter what I enter into the var the ZX9Pro still uses the time which was set in the menu....

Hey guys,
Having a strange problem when i transfer some MKV files from USB to the internal HDD .
Using the File Manager i can transfer the files over fine and i can scan them all so they show up on the poster wall and all play fine.
But when i turn the player off and come back later to watch the rest of the shows the poster wall and all the info is still there but says " unable to play video"
So i go into the file manager and for some reason all the files have disappeared?
I have tried...

Do you have any solutions for this? It'd be beneficial to have the option to adjust subtitle sizes, especially for larger screens. Shrinking the subtitles provides a cleaner viewing experience by allowing for adjustments or placing them below the video. It can be frustrating to see large subtitles on a big screen, especially when there's no way to decrease their size.
