What i tried remove battery from remote, plugged everything out and in also all hdmi ports on tv , also i disconnected everything, including the power cable, and tested it again. The Weather display on the main screen does not update unless I go into the settings and bring up the Weather app. Upon closing it, the weather retains that information on the main screen until I manually update it again thru settings. I&#039;ve been happy with my Z9X 8K and QNAP TR-004 DAS combo. I have about 26tb of video on the DAS using exFAT and a software controlled RAID 5 array. The DAS contains 4 18tb hdd&#039;s. <br />

But after about 10 hours: When library is complete.... the device keeps rebooting directly after startup (even when NAS is disconnected to rule out media errors). But it only reboots when connected to my 5ghz network. Not when connecting to the 2.4ghz wifi network (but that one is to slow). I tried a factory reset.... no dice. Same result. At first no...<br />

I bought a Z9X 8K a few weeks ago and everything has been great so far. Now I&#039;ve noticed that some movies are stuttering. With some movies it helped to start HT several times. At some point the stuttering disappeared. This did not help with one movie.<br />
It was Dolby Vision content with Dolby Digital Plus sound. I then tested this movie with Plex on the Zidoo and there were no stutters at all. How can that be? Is there a way to solve this problem?<br />
I am using the firmware v1.2.05....<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Just purchased the Z9X 8K and I am config it. Biggest issue is SSD is not detected in none of the 5 USB ports, tried 4 different cables (3.2 gen 2, 3.0, 2.0... nothing)<br />

I think my SSD is pretty tricky since I already had some problems with LG OLED G5 ports (only worked in 2.0 ones but not in 3.0).<br />

I tried an old 64GB 3.0 pendrive and it works wonderful on the Zidoo, on every port. What can I do? I would really love to use my external 1TB SSD.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hai myself new to zidoo .. i have Zidoo Z9X 8k..in my external hard disk I have around 55 movies in that while I started scanning around 17 movies got their poster walls automatically and remaining are in unmatched..when i try to re-match it&#039;s not happening like that I have tried many times and different different types of patterns but still it&#039;s not working results not found what is the problem pls help me out]]></content:encoded>
