Eversolo Play software - change speaker balance?

I can't find how to change the speaker balance with my Eversolo Play, not using its screen or its iPhone app. when I go to Audio Settings, Subwoofer is an option, but not Speakers. Here's a screen shot of my iPhone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i recently have the problem that when i scan my harddrive with my music library (about 26.000 songs, all sorted by albums), there are always some random albums wich are not scanned properly, meaning they either don't appear in the library at all, or they appear only with some of their songs.
after i first discovered the problem with album "X", i removed and re-scanned the complete external harddrive (and deleted all the saved data on the internal eversolo-harddrive). this solved...

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Basically, every 2–3 days I have to log in again using my Apple account username and password. That’s really frustrating.

I don’t have this problem with other streaming services like tidal or Spotify.

It sounds like a small thing, but it still gets on my nerves a bit: every time I skip a song manually and also intbetween songs in shuffle mode there's an audible cracking sound from from my old Heco speakers.
The volume of the cracking sound is always the same and independent from the volume of the device - even when muted! Maybe it's because the signal is cut off for a moment? Does anybody has the same effect and is there a way to get rid of it? Or could the devs do something against it...

Hi everyone! I recently bought an eversolo play and I am enjoying it alot. This week I started listening to cds and did some ripping to the internal player. Two days ago the play stopped displaying album art (cd cover) for the cds I am playing and/or ripping. I retried with cds that previously was showing album art, but they also came up blank.

I have tried emptying the cache in the library, tried multiple cds. Checked my internet connection, I even did a factory reset without any luck....

No album art for cds anymore?

For some time I have Spotify Lossless. And very often Eversolo Play just stopps playing - it is showing progress - but there is no sound at all. But strangely Spotify client installed locally works ok - the problem is only with Spotify Connect. I do not know if it is problem of Eversolo's last upgrade (this is when it started) or Spotify Connect service. But it is annoying as only spotify connect allows for this nice way of displaying what is being played Spotify native graphically just...

Phono Delay / No Direct Mode?

When I listen to vinyl at low volume, the normal sound of the turntable needle is audible. The problem is the delay in the sound from the speakers, which bothers me. I suspect it's caused by the A/D conversion (from the phono input) and the D/A conversion to the speakers, correct?

Is there a way to fix this with a firmware update? For example, with a "direct mode" that eliminates the delay?

Blank screen after opening TuneIn Radio with Firmware 1.5.60 (Solved!)

after updating the firmware to 1.5.60, I only get a blank window when I open TuneIn Radio. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it? I would be grateful for any tips!

Hi All,
I bought the Play back in July and the cd player is now, February, on the fritz. It began having difficulty about 3 weeks ago reading nearly new discs that it had previously read just fine. And then this past week the player started making audible mechanical sounds...clicking, whirring, more clicking, etc. - as if it was straining to read the cd but just could not. I stopped using it and will be shipping it to Forte Distribution for repair.

Anyone have issues with the cd player?...

I recently started using the Play. I decided to dust off my turntable and start spinning records again.

I currently don't have an external phono preamp and I was wondering if the sound quality of the phono stage in the play was good enough to avoid buying a new one.

Hello, I have a Play CD edition with QA 3020i loudspeakers. An LG TV is also connected by ARC. BUT I don't like the sound, especially the one coming from TV. It is not "warm". I didn't use the EQ parameters because of is too much complex for me. Not sure the problem are the loudspeakers, but my idea is add a Subwoofer: any suggestion from the expert? Many Thnaks

I havethe Eversolo Play (CD version) and after 3times sw update successfuly, turn it on want to start Soundcloud but after sign in its not showing my song in my playlist, I see name of the library folder, but songs missing. There is only information "connection time-out".

CD Playback Question (Rewind/Fast Forward)

Hello, I'm setting up a new Play CD amp. Probably a dumb question, but are you not able to fast forward or rewind through tracks when playing a CD or am I missing something (i.e. how you'd hold down the |<< or >>| to skip through tracks on old school players if they weren't equipped with dedicated REW/FF buttons)?

Is the physical remote necessary to do this or is it not possible at all? Thanks.

When I'm done with the day, I manually put the device to Standby, but when I wake it up the next morning, it says in "Unconnected" state, even tho it's connected by Ethernet. Even if I unplug the Ethernet cable and replug it, it still doesn't connect. I have to restart the device.

Tidal connect functionality is super flaky. To mix things up, since it won't connect to my LAN network unless I restart the device, I've decided to connect it to Wifi, which it did. I can play anything with the...

So today I noticed that when I play DSD files on my Eversolo Play, they get converted to PCM instead of being played as native 1-bit DSD. That surprised me, because if I remember correctly, Eversolo Play was advertised as being capable of native DSD playback.

So I decided to investigate.

First, I checked the official manual and spec sheet. It clearly states: DAC decoding supports up to Stereo DSD512, PCM 768kHz 32Bit. that sounds like full native DSD support....

Did Eversolo mislead us about native DSD support?

Hi! I'm new user of Eversolo Play CD Edition. What I've noticed is that the volume for internal player is different and ARC input is also different. I need to trim the volume every time I go from listen music to watching TV... Is there any chance to implement some function that remember volume for sources as it is in some car audio systems ?? Next thing is the Standby function.. As Standby I understand that the device is sleeping but is visible and reachable for airplay or Spotify connect....

Jellyfin losing settings

Hi there, I'm using the Jellyfin (BETA) app on the Play and it keeps losing settings. Sometimes it is just a login and other times is it the server IP and port as well. I've tried resetting and it isn't resolving the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
