Hello everyone. Yesterday, my daughter shot down the box manually because she couldn't turn it off with remote. Today I can't turn on my X9S box. Massage "Unfortunately, ZIUI Cool has stopped" is popping up constantly every couple seconds. I tried to unplug the device to reset it, but it didn't help. What can I do to fix the problem? It's hard to take a photo, because screen is black and pop up message is white bright. Basically as I said, when I turn on the device, it doesn't load, after a few seconds message is popping up. It stays for 2 seconds, then screen is black, that again message is popping up, over and over again. We try to do the factory restart. It didn't help.
