    Ok - in that case humour me :D

    Have you tried a network location - even a PC on the network? Or a USB stick with some content on it? Just to eliminate either the hard disc or the Zidoo SATA controller from this? I'm only saying this because your experience seems different and more pronounced and to my mind, not part of the current bugset.

    And 125ms - oh boy, believe me you'd notice that! That's a BIG delay!

    I tried playing files from a high-speed USB flash drive connected to a USB 3.0 port. The stuttering problem persists.
