I have a ZIDOO Z2000 Pro player. It worked perfectly with firmware 1.0.52. Beta version update was never turned on. A few days ago, the device wrote it out that there was a new FW. The device installed the firmware 1.0.82. Since then the device won't play the trailers. If I go to play the trailer in Poster Wall, it lists the trailers it has found, but does not play them. And after about 15 seconds it says at the bottom of the screen that the trailer cannot be played. This is quite annoying because the whole family is used to ZIDOO and it was a great thing. I thought I would put the 1.0.52 firmware back from USB, which can be downloaded from the site. But he didn't allow that. So, I couldn't downgrade. Do you know a solution for this?
