Zidoo Z10 green screen on mkv and crash

Hello
I'm a new on forum. A few days ago I bought a new Zidoo Z10 and I have a problem.
During watch MKV movie I have green screen and restart Zidoo. Sometimes Zidoo during watch MKV has stopped . Hard drive is a good condition. Please help me.

 

Check / change the number of frames in the settings.

I tried this settings but problem is still the same. I bought new HDD. Now I'm testing.

 

ok, then REMEMBER to format the HDD in zidoo - not on the computer.

 

I formated HDD on PC (partitionMBR) - movie stop sudenly. Now I have formated HDD in OpenWrt (partition GPT) - now I'm testing


Please help me. I changed Hdd also I bought new expensive HDMI cabel and MKV movies still freeZing. I tryied everything
