HELP!! I tried adding a 64GB and an 8 GB SD card to my Zidoo. Then I clicked on format for internal memory. The cards were both damaged when the format function malfunctioned due to bugs in the Zidoo. Now neither SD card is recognized by the Zidoo and Windows 10 will not reformat either. Any advice??? Somehow I need to remove the Android partition &/or formatting that is preventing my Windows 10 PC from letting it reformat them.

One last question: How do I do a "system restore" to the Zidoo. I want to reflash the device to restore to original state and repair the RAM/ROM memory. Is this possible?

    Thank you.. :)

In windows 10 go to disk manager (right click windows start icon), to erase everything flash following "How to flash Zidoo X9S unit"

You can also use SDformatter with size ajustment on in Option.

Or use https://www.partitionwizard.com/ Partition Wizzard Free 9.1 which is easy to use and excellent for free tool. Allows for FAT32, NTFS, exFAT and even EXT4 formatting under Windows.
