Zidoo X6 Pro v. 1.0.45 x265 10bits

Hi there,

I have never been able to play any mkv file with x265 10bit HEVC netiher from Kodi nor Media Center.

Specs says the box is capable but have 2 boxes and impossible to play.

Any ideas?

 

After upgrading to latest version 1.0.45 with Kodi 16 and Nodi 5 (Kodi 17.1) same issue

Of course they blamed Rockchip...

 

Awesome, cause i bought 2 boxes based on this. They should refund everyone cause of this or at least offer some sort of compensation.

Zidoo cannot sell a box featuring something that is not capable of

 

Unluckily for all, Zidoo advertise the same as Rockchip advertised. But was Rockchip to overrate it's chip capability.
In this very case you are wrong ...even if also I was and still are disappointed of this...

 

Pity really as the box is great ...... apart from this big bump
