Zidoo x20 pro poster wall language

    I have a strange problem with the zidoo x20 pro poster wall settings. When i for the first time installed the machine and put some films on the the hdd`s i went to the poster wall installation and searched for the posters of the films and that went well with a few exceptions but i could restore that manually. Even de poster information was in my own language and that is dutch (Nederlands). A few days later all the poster wall information was in english and i can get it back to dutch. If i go to the settings i find the language`s english, german, french,chinees, ect but no dutch. The firmware machine is V1.2.29 standaard from the factory. Does anyone know a solution?

    Hi i suggest you do a full factory reset then do the upgrade to V1.2.78 with this link : - http://apidl.zidoo.tv/X20_PRO/v1.7.8/ZIDOO_X20-Pro_N_v1.7.8_201810081455_ota-package.zip download to usb and do it manually
    after the installation everything off all the cables inclusief after ten minutes reboot and everything should be fine and more stable. Good luck !

    Hello

    I did your sugestion and updated the firmware to V1.7.8.
    That didn`t solve the problem because i can still not change the language to dutch(Nederlands).
    I see the same languages as before.
    When i installed the machine for the first time i could choose the language Nederlands/nederlands or Dutch/Dutch.
    Then in the second screen you can not find the language Nederlands or Dutch.
    At some point the zidoo change it to english and i dont want to do a full reset because then i have to redesign my posterwall info again and that was already a lot of work.

    Hi,.

    Make a backup to a harddisk or usb to save the poster wall it's in posterwall -source - backup . Try now to delete the data from HT2 by pressing OK (+ 5 sec)remote control - app store home theater app . IF NOT full hard reset it's the only way to get it goin.

    zidoo x10 -x20 etc works all same way all you need is in first pages don't find it ask us !
