No I am not using audio passthrough. And the behaviour described above affects Kodi, and the stock TvdVideo player too!
In Kodi with any HD content (which Kodi recognises as HD in the file list, be it a file on the disk, or a youtube stream) with ZDCODEC enabled in hardware acceleration ,the video options menu accessable from within the video playback looks like this: As you can see it has almost every option missing (such as aspect ratio, and image cropping which I often use). If I disable the ZDCODEC, the menu looks works like it does with SD content: Could you look into this? Thanks
Hi: If you disable ZDCODEC,and the decodec is softdecodec,so the kodi will provide some the soft decodec options, like the deinterlace video, scale and so on. But the hw decodec will deinterlace default, scale default the video.

Hi： can you use adb? There have some keymap in the /system/usr/keylayout and if you plug in the keyboard,and you can see the vendor id and product id. and you can see if there have corresponding key map in /system/usr/keylayout. if not,it use the Generic.kl,and you can change the map table.
Hello, I have some problems with the sound, I'm running the latest official firmware, h3_v1.0.19. In stock application, Kodi 14.2, it's looks like I need to raise the volume, and even use the amplification. I don't know where to start, if this it's a real problem. Zidoo player: -option at encoding characters choice are not saved,are allways in chinese. -for latin alfabet [A,T,etc] first character,at the begining of the line,are missing in most cases.I see same problem posted few days ago. 1/ My weather app doesn't work after the latest update (h3_1.0.21). It said "failure to obtain weather data" whenever I try to choose my country (Vietnam) to show on the homescreen. And the weather status on the homescreen always shows "Shenzhen, China". 2/ Why the Zidoo X1 doesn't have the same UI like other Zidoo boxes?
