Zidoo UHD5000 4k and bluray menu loading issues

    When i load the move (full image) using the virtual drive, the menus get stuck, skipping and sometimes, it fails to load altogether and just shows a black screen.
    I tried another player and it works very smooth without any issues.
    This is a known issue to the team but there is no official resolutions till now.
    Any idea when this will be fixed?

    Hello, Wail. A black screen and loading time are normal in this situation. The loading time for Blu-ray navigation can be a bit long and may vary between different players.
    Additionally, during Blu-ray navigation playback, multiple video menu screens will load sequentially, switching to the corresponding SDR, HDR, or Dolby Vision display mode. The mode switching process will appear as a black screen.
