Nice review with a lot of benchmarking/comparing audio and video in high end setups. Job well done. Only remark here is that the used equipment is a bit dated here and there with lack of actual advanced audio/video standards. No surprises, their experiences are mostly identical to mine. Some noticeable experiences: - Upscaling 1080P to 4K is probably best left to your projector/TV - Conversion HDR => SDR is not the strongest feature with RTD1296 - Don't ignore the Digital Filter choices with the DAC they are subtle but definitely audible - The most convenient way to switch between HDMI audio and DAC audio is using Zidoo Controller setup. Also applies to choosing Digital Filters.
