hello, this morning my zidoo stopped working completly. no front display, no lan lights.... tried reset , on or off many times...can someone help me please... box is less than a year old thanks
may be power supply related, can't help you much when nothing is working, send it to warranty if you still have it
bought it new off of ebay reseller....doesnt answer back.... can zidoo repair it? can t believe this device lasts only 1 year...cheap product ...price was pretty high tought this was a quality company please help.... tried different power supply ....nothing seems like it dead
x9 was released almost 3 years ago, no telling how actual old yours is. I don't think they repair devices, there is not much to repair, its a all in one board + case. Probably a board will cost you same as a new device,
