Z9X Pro - No file identified from my NAS

    Brand new owner of a Z9X Pro, I must be missing a basic step in my set-up.
    All my files are on my NAS. I have created a specific account for my Zidoo and given access to the right folder with all my DVD/BR on my NAS.
    I have defined this folder as a source in HT5.0.
    I can see all the movies and can play them, so access works.
    The issue is that with a scan, none of my files are identified.
    I tried to go in one specific file and did a search. No identification either. I tried it with an easy name to avoid any complex caracters. I tried with Amadeus DVD, which is ripped as a Folder structure.
    I am sure it is an obvious thing I missed somewhere...

    There was a report of TMDB connection issue which may cause your HT5.0 cannot identify the movie ID.

    Thank you very much @suthipat for pointing me to the right subject. At least I know there is nothing I can on my end until Zidoo solves the issue.
