Z9S was bricked，who can help me？

For me Zidoo Z9s is bricked. When power is on, only RJ-45 on yellow and green lights.
I have connected via USB TTL with the PC, it comes the following message:

I according to do it,but my Z9S can't into Realtek>,I hold on ESC and power on,that's nothing to happen,it's not work.but I hold ctrl+Q can be in d/g/r mode.
